Miso Discretionary Investment Co., Ltd. is an investment management company specializing in IPOs and SPACs. In April 2021, it received approval from the Financial Services Commission to operate as an investment advisory firm catering to professional investors. The company currently manages its proprietary assets (AUM 2 billion KRW), a high-yield investment advisory product dedicated to IPOs (AUM 14 billion KRW), an institutional discretionary product exclusively for IPOs (AUM 30 billion KRW). The company's main area of operation involves participating as an institutional investor in IPOs and SPAC demand forecasts. We also obtained our investment advisory license in June 2025.

(주)미소투자일임은 기관투자자로써, 2021년 4월 금융위원회로부터 전문투자자 대상 투자일임사로 승인을 득했고, 현재 고유 자산 운용(AUM 20억원), 공모주 전용 하이일드 투자일임 상품(AUM 140억원)과 공모주 전용 기관 일임(AUM 300억원) 상품을 운영중에 있으며, 투자에 관련해서는 공모주, 스팩 수요예측에 참여하는 일이 주된 일임 업무 영역이며,

2025년 6월 투자자문사로써도 승인을 받았습니다. 투자자문사로써(FA, Financial Advisor)로써 소수의 전문투자자 및 기관투자자분들의 자산을 관리하고 있으며,

당사는 기본적으로 소수의 고객분들의 Wealth Managment를 지향하는 Family office입니다.

Who is Kwangok Jeong(정광옥 am often called 말과의미 as a nickname)

2003년부터 파생시장에 입문해서 20년 이상 파생판을 지켜온 대한민국 파생 1세대 Trader & Guru

네이버 '파생인의쉼터' 매니저 닉네임 '말과의미' (2008년~2025년). 2026년 현재 네이버 파생인의쉼터는 폐쇄되었음

2005년~2007년 3년간 전업 및 전문가 활동, 2007년~2020년 11월까지 SK증권에서 Derivatives broker로 약 14년간 근무

Since entering the derivatives market in 2003, he has been one of Korea's first-generation derivatives traders and gurus, with over 20 years of experience.

From 2005 to 2007, he worked as a full-time trader and market expert; from 2007 to 2020, he served as a Derivatives Broker at SK Securities for about 14 years; and since 2009, he has been the manager of "파생인의 쉼터".

In 2016, I created my own cryptocurrency, Moducoin.
